The download allows you to get really close in to the detail on our embroidery, please have a look.

The deviation page image has been set to 1024 pixies wide so that the deviation page loading times are reasonable, the download will be about 8MB if they don't compress it!

A lot of work went into developing this embroidery design and we're very proud of it.

Machine embroidery artwork concept and stitch design created by us using Tajima DGML by Pulse 2009, stitched onto sweatshirt by us on our Tajima TFMX-C1501.

To get the richness in the colours in the centre of the explosion we use a mix of rayon threads and Madeira Burmilana (wool/acrylic mix) threads. The rayon threads reflect the light, making it twinkle, but the matt burmilana thread give a deep richness to the colour.
